1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.1. Purpose and scope of the GTC

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) is to uniformly regulate the basic terms and conditions of legal relationships related to online registration for dog shows and related services available through the nevezes.dogshow.hu website (hereinafter: Website) operated by DOG SHOW Kft. (Ltd) (hereinafter: Service Provider or Operator).

The scope of the GTC extends to all natural or legal persons, organizations without legal personality (hereinafter collectively: User or Entrant) who use registration for dog shows or related services via the Website.

1.3. Definitions

MEOESZ: Hungarian Kennel Club (Hungarian Federation of Dog Breeders' National Associations)
FCI: Fédération Cynologique Internationale (International Dog Breeders' Federation)
Organising association: the kennel club, association or other organisation that organises the specific dog show
Entry fee: The fee determined by the Organising association to be paid for the entry to the show
Service: The online entry option available through the Website and related additional services

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

2.1. Function of the Website

The Service Provider provides an online entry interface on the Website, through which Users can enter their dogs for dog shows announced by the Organizing organizations.

The Service Provider publishes information about the exhibitions based on the contractual relationship concluded with the Organising association and on the basis of the data provided by the Organising association, with particular regard to entry fees, deadlines, locations and other event-specific data.

2.2. Responsibility of the Service Provider

The Service Provider is solely responsible for the operation and technical operation of the online entry interface. The Organising associations are responsible for the content data of the exhibitions (in particular entry fees, deadlines, locations, rules).

3. TERMS OF ENTRY

3.1. General entry conditions and application of the FCI and MEOESZ Hungarian Kennel Club regulations

Entry to the exhibition is made in accordance with the general entry conditions and the valid exhibition and entry regulations of the FCI Fédération Cynologique Internationale and the MEOESZ Hungarian Kennel Club (Hungarian Federation of Dog Breeders' National Associations).

By registering in the online system, the dog owner (Entrant) undertakes to comply with the general entry conditions and the currently valid regulations of the FCI and MEOESZ Hungarian Kennel CLub, and acknowledges them as binding on him/her.

3.2. Correctness of entry data

The Entrant is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided during the online registration.

The Entrant is particularly responsible for the accuracy of the following data:

Name, breed, sex, date of birth of the dog
The registration (pedigree) number of the dog
The name of the owner (and second owner)
The correct choice of the entry class

3.3. Data modification

It is not possible to modify the data after the entry deadlines.

Before the entry deadline, the Entrant has the possibility to modify the data via the Website in accordance with the entry conditions.

4. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CONTRACT

4.1. Contract conclusion process

The registration process via the Website consists of the following steps:
The User records the data of his/her own dog and the dog he/she wishes to enter on the Website
The User selects the exhibition and then selects the previously recorded dog he/she wishes to enter
The User reviews the registration data and the amount to be paid
The User accepts these GTC, the data protection and registration conditions
The User pays the registration fee online
The Service Provider sends a confirmation of the successful completion of the registration to the User's e-mail address

4.2. Date of conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded after the successful payment of the registration fee and the sending of the confirmation e-mail by the Service Provider.

The confirmation email contains:

The unique identifier of the entry
The dog and entry details
The name, date and location of the exhibition
The amount of the entry fee paid
The contact details of the Organizing Organization

4.3. Essential characteristics of the subject matter of the contract

The Service Provider offers an electronic interface on the Website for managing entries to dog shows announced by Organizing Organizations and provides related services to the User. The essential characteristics of the service constituting the subject matter of the contract are as follows:

Nature of the service: provision of an electronic administrative interface for recording, managing, and tracking entries to dog shows, commissioned by the Organizing Organization.

Functions of the service: creation and management of a user account, recording and storage of dog data, submission of an entry for a show, online payment of the entry fee, and electronic transmission of the entry confirmation.

Scope of the service: comprehensive management of the entry for the specific show selected by the User from among the shows published on the Website, up to the entry deadline.

Conditions for using the service: a device with an internet connection, a valid e-mail address, possession of an FCI pedigree for the dog to be entered, and acceptance of current veterinary health regulations as well as the rules and regulations of the FCI and MEOESZ.

Time constraints of the service: entries may only be submitted until the entry deadlines published on the Website expire; the service may be used during the entry period applicable to the specific show. The result achieved through the service consists of the complete entry details forwarded to the organizing body of the exhibition and the confirmation of payment of the entry fee, on the basis of which the User’s dog acquires the right to participate in the exhibition.

The above characteristics are to be interpreted in conjunction with the “General Entry Terms and Conditions” published on the Website and the specific regulations applicable to the exhibition in question.

4.4. Language of the contract

The language of the contract is Hungarian. The contract is concluded in Hungarian and the contract is not considered a written contract and is not registered by the Service Provider.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1. Payment method

The following payment method is available on the Website: Online bank card payment (SimplePay).

5.2. Payment deadline

The entry fee must be paid when submitting the entry, as a condition of concluding the contract.

5.3. Invoicing

The Service Provider issues an electronic invoice for the paid entry fee, which is sent to the User’s email address.

The invoice will include:
The details of the Organizing Organization
The User/Entrant’s name and address
The ID of the entry and the name of the exhibition
The amount paid and the VAT rate

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND TERMINATION

6.1. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The User is not entitled to a right of withdrawal or termination of services ordered electronically (online) – in particular with regard to participation in events and other services possibly related to it – in accordance with Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk.) and Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.

This exclusion is in accordance with Act 45/2014. (II. 26.) Government Decree, Section 29 (1) point l), according to which the consumer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal in the case of a service the performance of which began with the express prior consent of the consumer after the conclusion of the contract, and with this consent the consumer simultaneously acknowledged that (s)he will lose his/her right of withdrawal after the start of the performance of the service.

By submitting the entry and using the service, the User expressly consents to the immediate start of the service provision, and acknowledges that (s)he will thereby lose his/her right of withdrawal.

6.2. Cancellation and refund

The entry can only be cancelled until the closing of the entry deadline - and only in case of animal health issue, with the attachment of a proofing document. The procedure is subject to a fee at MEOESZ Hungarian Kennel Club events. The determination of the applicable fee for FCI International CACIB and MEOESZ Hungarian Kennel Club national CAC shows and its member organizations’ events is within the competence of the MEOESZ Hungarian Kennel Club Presidency.

6.3. Cancellation of the show

If the show is cancelled based on the Organising association's own decision, the rules on defective performance of the Civil Code (Act V.tv. of 2013) shall apply. If the show cannot be held based on epidemiological regulations or other official decisions, the rules on impossibility of the Civil Code shall apply: neither party is responsible for the official decision, the Organising association and the Service Provider shall be entitled to the consideration for the services already performed, and the difference shall be returned to the Entrant.

7. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE

The Organising associations solely responsible for the implementation, conduct of the exhibition and the services related to the exhibition.

The Service Provider is not responsible for the activities, omissions or incorrect performance of the Organising association.

8. DATA PROTECTION

The Service Provider processes the personal data of Users in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation – in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 (Infotv.). 8 years according to the law). 9. OPTIONS TO EXERCISE RIGHTS

9.1. Complaint handling

10. OTHER PROVISIONS

10.1. Amendment of the GTC

The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC. The Service Provider shall inform the Users about the amendment on the Website.

The amended GTC shall enter into force on the 8th day following its publication. The amendment shall not affect contracts concluded before its entry into force.

10.2. Governing law

These GTC and the legal relationships arising from them shall be governed by the law of Hungary, in particular the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection.

11. ENTRY INTO FORCE

These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on September 3, 2026.
